Soon after Marilyn Monroe’s marriage to American baseball player Joe DiMaggio in San Francisco on January 14, 1954, the couple travelled to Japan, combining a honeymoon with a business trip arranged by DiMaggio, for whom she took a secondary role to conduct his business. Monroe then travelled alone to Korea where she performed for three days to entertain 13,000 American Marines stationed there. According to many reports of the media of those days and her biographers, she used to suffer from immense stage fright those till that period her life. The experience with the American troops had helped her overcome the fear of performing in front of large crowds, she later commented.

The English Page 3 Girl and glamour model Keeley Hazell, 23, is at #5 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women In The World 2010.

Hazell, who was born in Lewisham, London and grew up in Grove Park, left school to work as a hairdresser at 16 years of age. On the persuasion of her colleagues, she tried her luck at modelling. At age 17, she competed in The Daily Star's ‘Search for a Beach Babe’ contest and won, though not old enough to pose on Page 3, She went to study fashion at Lewisham College and later, entered The Sun's Page 3 Idol competition, was chosen the winner in December 2004.

Hazell was regularly featured in Nuts, Zoo and continues to appear in The Sun frequently. She has been on the cover of The Sun's 2006 and 2007 Page 3 calendars, in addition to her own wall calendars. In 2008, Hazell and agent Ginny Mettrick co-founded a modelling agency, Muse Management.

Hazell was the face of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's Formula One 06 video game for PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and F1 CE for PlayStation 3. She is also the face of MotorStorm: Pacific Rift for PlayStation 3. Hazell had a small role in the full-length version of Cashback, playing ‘Frozen Girl in Sainsbury's’. It was reported that she was in talks with producers to be in a movie based on the television series Baywatch.

On FHM, earlier she has been featured at #2 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women In The World 2006, #9 in FHM's 50 Most Eligible Women 2007, #2 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women In The World 2007, #3 in 2008, and #5 in 2009, and she retains the #5 position in 2010.

The 21-year-old English singer and member of girl group ‘The Saturdays’ Frankie Sandford came at #4 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women World list, in which she was ranked number 17 in 2009.

Sandford started her career in 2001 with pop music S Club 7 spin-off group, S Club Juniors, later renamed to S Club 8 in April 2003. Prior to joining S Club 8, she also appeared on SMTV Live as a cheerleader.

Since 2007, Sandford is a member of The Saturdays, whose other members are Una Healy, Mollie King, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman. They have achieved six top ten singles and two top ten albums. Their debut album, Chasing Lights, has been certified platinum. In November 2008, along with her other band mates from The Saturdays, she appeared in the Channel 4 Hollyoaks spin-off Hollyoaks Later. Sandford is to appear as a guest vocalist on Kids in Glass Houses' second album Dirt, appearing on the track "Undercover Lover".

Sandford had earlier worked in a bar and had a Saturday job as a salesperson in All Saints and House of Fraser in London. She dated and lived with Dougie Poynter from McFly. After over a year together the pair split up in March 2010, and resumed their relationship after a two-week break, and now lives together in Edmonton, London.

The "Girls Aloud" star Cheryl Cole has been crowned the world's sexiest woman for the second consecutive year, as she topped the FHM's 100 Sexiest Women World, with Megan Fox, underwear model Marissa Miller and Kirsten Stewart coming in the list after her.

American supermodel Marisa Miller has been voted the sexiest woman on earth in a poll by readers of FHM across the world, dailymail.co.uk reports, beating last year’s winner Megan Fox. The 31-year-old model who is married to music producer Griffin Guess hails from Santa Cruz in California and has been modelling since she was 16. To create one global chart, 24 international editions of FHM magazine across countries such as Britain, the US, Australia, China, France, India and South Africa pooled together the votes cast by readers. Apart from a number of magazine covers, Marisa is a face of Harley-Davidson and lingerie retail giant Victoria’s Secret.

Colin Kennedy, editor of UK FHM, said, "Marisa Miller has the kind of sun-kissed sex appeal that wows men all over the world."

Welsh classical-popular crossover singer Katherine Jenkins has, reports say, turned down an offer of £1 million shoot for Playboy because she did not want to upset her mum. The 29-year-old blonde once posed for the upmarket men's magazine GQ in November 2008. The mezzo-soprano is revered for her curvy figure almost as much as for her classical singing talent.
